The program offers a complete training solution:

  •  Every exercise comes with comprehensive video tutorials, step-by-step written instructions, and multiple regression options so you can scale workouts to your fitness level.
  •  As you progress, the program introduces techniques such as drop sets and extra sets to push your limits.

How is the program structured?

The program is organized into three phases over 12 weeks:

  •  Strength Emphasis & Increased Intensity
  •  Peaking & Aesthetic Refinement (with Week 12 as a deload week)

Do I need access to a gym?

No—while the program is optimised for gym equipment, every exercise includes bodyweight / regressions so you can perform the workouts at home if needed. Although I do suggest having access to a gym, the program is designed to be adaptable to your fitness level and available resources.

What level of fitness is required?

The Aesthetic Split is primarily designed for intermediate to advanced trainees due to the overall training volume and intensity. However, beginners can also achieve significant results by starting with the bodyweight and regression options provided for every exercise. This program’s scalable nature ensures that regardless of your starting point, you can make progress and build a solid fitness foundation.

How long are the workout sessions?

Each session is designed to be efficient—typically around 60 minutes for the work portion, plus a quick warm-up / cool down—so you can get an effective workout without spending hours in the gym.

How long is the program and will I have access to it?

The Aesthetic Split spans 12 weeks and is divided into three progressive phases. Once you purchase the program, you gain lifetime access, allowing you to revisit the plan whenever you need.

How is payment structured?

The program is available through a one-time payment. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to all the content, including any future updates.

Are there separate versions for men and women?

Although the program is based on a male aesthetic, it is highly adaptable. Many women have successfully followed and benefited from the program by adjusting weights and progressions to suit their needs.
